Recovery Week

Recovery Week is a very important part of your workout program. It is a time to allow you to rest your body and take time to stretch more,to do other types of exercise that will strengthen your core and ultimately make you even stronger and healthier. Make sure you pay special attention to Recovery Week in your program and do all of the exercises in your program. They are there for a reason.
