One of the first things I tell my clients is that soda has to go. I can’t tell you how many people look like I’ve taken away their best friend. “But Diet Coke is all I drink!” I hear all too often. Well, trust me when I tell you that soda whether “diet” or not is truly sabotaging any weight loss efforts you are putting forth.
Start with substituting iced tea for soda. Then substitute one iced tea for water each day and keep working up until the majority of your beverages are just water. Not only will you see a huge difference in your skin and your lack of bloating, but you will also start seeing results in your weight loss quicker!
