<h2 style="text-align: center;">Here are my Top 10 Ways to Keep Your Workouts on Track!</h2>
<p style="text-align: center;">1.  Pick a time for your workout each day and stick to it.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">2.  Get a workout buddy &#8211; studies show that when you have an accountability partner you are much more likely to succeed.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">3.  Keep your workouts interesting.  By choosing a workout program like Turbo Fire, P90X, Insanity or any of the other Beachbody programs you will never be bored!</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">4.  Keep a food journal.  Most of us don&#8217;t really remember every little thing we eat during the day.  The calories add up quick.  Keeping a food journal will help you make sure your caloric intake will be the right amount.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">5.  Set small goals for yourself.  Instead of saying &#8220;I want to lose 30 pounds.&#8221;  Set a smaller goal for each month like &#8220;I want to lose five pounds this month.&#8221;  Having reasonable goals makes you more likely to achieve them then if you have large looming goals that can feel overwhelming sometimes when the scale hasn&#8217;t moved the way you wanted it to.</p>
